one of the funniest auto-x i've been to. always nice to be able to shoot under the weather. the heavy down pour at times was a blast. it was such a challenge to keep the camera dry and to change settings and such. the short periods of sun/no rain so things can dry out a bit was pretty nice. had a nice chat with karlton, glider (i believe that was him), and jim (big tall guy with the mini that shoots as well) that day.

Or I guess we could call you Piggy, but that kind of reminds me of Lord of the Flies.

thanks! it was a lot of fun. that's why i love motorsports in the rain.
nikon d200. most were with a 300mm, some were 80-200, the one wide shot was from a 17-35, and the two really slow pans are from a 105. i guess that shows that i do like to use every paint brush
thanks karlton! if i make it out to the next autox, i might try some "out of the norm" stuff.
also thanks everyone for the nice comments!
