i plan on gettin into a business/econ majors.

when i visited davis, the campus sorta of reminds me of a summer camp where everyone is locked into one location. i feel this way because im used to the uc berkeley campus where its fairly open with a lot of car/human traffic. i duno,..... anyone have any comments about the davis campus/area?

First-year students living in UC Davis student housing are ineligible to purchase campus parking permits; transfer and continuing students living in UC Davis student housing and who have attained at least sophomore status (44.99 units) may be granted a policy exception. Student Housing reserves the right to grant permits based on need, and limited parking spaces means that space availability cannot be guaranteed.

Hey WRXakaBoosti, i just sent in my state of intent to register...cuz berkeley came out and yeah i didnt have a chance but better safe than sorry. Anyways, I'm readnig up on the room and meal plans and stuff, getting ready to finish the admission process, and i came across that on the "parking" page, so i guess this answers your question once and for all. Btw, what is your real name? I'm Michael by the way.

or maybe leave campus for things like food and god forbit...work.

Maybe someone should push the school into building offsite parking for dorm students.

I was in the dorms my freshman year..shoot I was in the dorms in high school. Both places we had seperate parking for dorm students....a bit farther from the classes so commuters could park close.

most freshmen who work, work on campus.

That... Would be Tercero. I was wondering for the longest time why they had A/C and why Ryerson Hall didn't.. Boy did I find out... Cuarto was pretty good when I was a freshman back in the day, but dunno how it is now.
