I need a small job on the side too, just something like an receptionist for sunday. I just need a little extra cash on the side. I've done something like this before working as an remax receptionist. but i can't find any now. anyone know of anyplace that's hiring weekend receptionists?

Yea... Ouch, no kidding.... and I wonder why you don't have a job? Anyways here's a few ideas for you.
Why don't you try a dealership? sales can be really demanding though and imo not very stable, but you might get lucky with parts. Also, some dealerships display openings on their website.
Banks usually start out at 10 (teller's) and they can give you consistent hours. Wells Fargo hiring process is really good. The interview is over the phone and really fast.
Supermarkets like Safeway usually start at 10 and raises every 3-6 months from .50 to a dollar each time.
And then there is retail.......... cell phones (verizon, sprint etc...)
Also know that sometimes a few extra bucks an hour isn't worth it. Make sure the schedule is suitable and the location is good for you. Good Luck.

hm... was lookin for.. if anybody saw a for hiring sign.. or know of a hiring.. more or less.. tips and ideas... sorry that wasnt the intent for this forum. to ridicule. although it has gotten off track. if anybody knows of any job openings. help me find one. etc. not tips.. and advice..
