Yeah. That's the part I dont get. Maybe it's because he's an immigrant and they have private healthcare. Nonetheless still whack. I wont be moving there anytime soon.

Then again, I have no sympathy for fatties after a point in my life where I managed to lose 70 lbs from my heaviest weight.
