LOL. I don't blame you. Tyrone Williams has to be the worst cornerback in the NFL. Everytime there is a pass interference penalty. I just look to see if it is old #37. And usually it is. Tyrone Williams sucks.

Hah! Talk about the lack of acceptance in Frisco. Jimmy Johnson! You think he would be accepted! Hell no! Unless he is a winner.

I would love to have Jimmy J. He is, or rater was, a great NFL coach.

Rumph is going to be good, just give him a little time...most rookie defenders suck.

Niners need to draft up a defense this offseason.

Yeah, your best cover guy used to be Antuan Edwards......until he tore his ACL......

They keep talking about how Darren Sharper is so good....but he's such a soft player....it's not like he could tackle T.O. or anything....

Rod Woodson came to the Niners as a CB after already peaking in his career as a CB for the Steelers.

Marquez Pope was pretty beat-down as a CB too, huh...

Do I need to mention Antonio Langham's name?

Rod Woodson is a future Hall-Of-Famer, and currently a decent, opportunistic safety, who was with the Superbowl-winning Ravens prior to the Raiduhs.

Rumph has a LOT of improvement to make.....but then, he wasn't supposed to play so much as a rookie.....

I think he'll be a baller eventually....he can sure tackle at least, even if he displayed some of the worst defensive back coverage technique I've ever seen in an NFL game....

miracles are not going to happen folks.

the reason the niners db is so thin and lacking depth is because of the continued salary cap they have had in the past years.

i think teams now have to be very good at scouting and putting their $$ in the right places.

i still think defense wins championships... when was the last time niners had a bonified defensive stopper...

last time i can think of is Lott.

I wouldn't want Mora to be head coach...who would be the offensive mind then?

Niners definately need some fresh O-linemen and D-linemen.

I don't know who other than Holmgren could take over this team....other than....Jeff Tedford???

Hey, take him after him being the Cal coach for only one season.....just....like...MARIUCCI!!!!

That's the ticket...

okay.

if you had a choice in making your DBs top 3 in the entire league.

but you had to give up Owens... would you do it?

I wouldn't give up Owens.

I think we have decent DBs, we just need them healthy.

There is always next year. I am still sad, but the Niners were whipped so handly that they didn't deserve to advance. I am thinking that we may need a new QB...I don't know, I like old Jeffy boy, but he fails to impress me.
