so, Speed Element diagnosed that the rear driver side lower control arm is broken.

Anyone on here has a used lower control arm for a 2005 wrx rear driver side? Trying to save some money. A brand new lower control arm from dealership is $109+ . (parts will come in Friday or next week)

They did mention if I wanted to change it to aftermarket control arm, but I would have to purchase it in a set of 4. Which parts alone would cost $400+. (whiteline control arm) (parts will come in Friday or next week)

What do you guys suggest?

At this point, there is no way to tell if the wheel bearing are good or bad. So, bill might add up . -_-

There's a pick in pull out in the valley that has a couple wrx's right now. Also, try calling LIC. Those guys always seem to have parts like that around the shop.

doesn't it make all kinds of noise when the WB start going out?

or is it one of those things you only catch by wiggling your wheels around while up on jacks?

right now, not sure if the WB is good or not. Needs to replace the rear lateral links first. I surely hope it fixes the problem !

*fingers crossed*

online like subaruparts or subarugenuineparts . Those are Subaru dealership and parts warranty fully applies

you just need a part number.

besides, Speed Element do not warranty the parts even if I bought it from them through the markup. It is only manufacturer warranty. So I am not sure what happens if it breaks in 2 months. I pay the labor for install again ?
