i don't think i'd be able to wear those.. high heels suck.. can't imagine how girls can wear 'em.. how do they stay balanced?! o.O

It's in the hip action, planting your heel, and spreading the weight out on the ball of the foot when you roll forward. Stand up straight, keep your shoulders back, and practice.

Yeah, it took me a while to master them.. My biggest problem was with the thigh-high zipper boots with the really tall heels... They constrict your ankle and knee to where it's hard to balance, especially when you're really tall.

haha would you mind giving me a few pointers by giving me a demonstration.. i just want to make sure i learn from the pro before i make any sort of attempts.
