I hate to say it, but people are getting dumber. You kinda have to expect it when 97% of the national budget is spent on the military and the remaining 3% for everything else including education. OK, so that's a bit of an exaggeration, but still not far off.

The funny thing is throughout human history the only time we've had peace was when one country or nation was more powerful and policed the rest. So if anything I think America is taking one for the team by spending so much on our military at the cost of our infrastructure. And is it appreciated... no. They just make fun of us.

Oh well. If we step back from the world stage to start taking care of ourselves forsaking the rest of the world what do you think will happen. Who do you think countries that can't help themselves will come crying to. Just like regular police America has become the last country any wants to see or hear about until they're in trouble then we're the first person they call. What a bunch of horse****.
