The old GT is pretty quick, I think from a roll though the STi could take it by a car length or so though. With proper launch could do good too.
Then again, I have never driven in a mustang newer then 68 so I don't honestly know.

Every once in a while I give in... and use my power outside of the twisties. People don't have a lot of respect for the sleeper wagon style, which makes it equally fun to smoke an evo in one... :-)

Car Info: 03 WRX wagon type RA
I was just coming down Sycamore Valley today in Danville in my WRX wagon and this guy came up to me driving a clean looking RSX so I gave him the thumbs up and he revved at me and took off...must've been going 80mph in a 45. I would've followed but I've had waaay too many tickets on that road by the Danville Police.

I have a (pretty much) stock old school 2.5RS. Most people dismiss it, oddly enough. There were a few times when certain cars would feel the need to just speed ahead on the next lane in the city streets. Too bad not once have I seen the other culprit get pulled over for being a dumbass. I don't think a $400-500 ticket for exhibition of speed is worth it anyway or damage to the car from driving like an idiot. I can buy some stuff for my car with that money!
