New car? Print out the license plate of someone you hate. Affix printed copies to front and rear license plate bracket. Some counties do not check plate numbers against vehicle registration database for make and model. Go through red light camera intersection (if safe to do so). Go home and don't forget to remove printed license plates.

I drove my car with no plates for a year. if you want some of those cards that go inside your plate...the dealership ones that make it look brand new...think I still have a few laying around cause they get dirty and dry up after a while.

i may or maynot have done this already, except it may have been the guys actual plates cause he drove the exact same looking car and i used to get pulled over for **** he did in the same area, oh and wearing a george bush mask through all the traffic cameras in fremont.. hahaha
