Haha, awesome movie. "yeah hiiiiiii..." I quit my job as well. The 7th was my last day. "I don't think I'm gonna go anymore." It's been so sweet. Hopefully my last job as well. My new email sig: "Weekends don't mean much when you're unemployed, except you get to hang out with all your workin' friends."

I celebrate his entire catalog. For my money, it doesn't get any better than when he sings when a man loves a woman.

So when are you getting a jump to conclusions mat?

So did you quit like just walk out? or give the 2 week notice deal? did you unbolt your cube and push down the wall and start gutting fish at your desk?

sweet! I hope to be liberated someday soon.

My job is giving me serious stress...They are going to fire 12.5% of us this year and I have been in morbid fear that I am one of the 12.5% !!!

This has nothing to do with either you or Subaru's sorry....just got me to worrying again.

i dont mind hearing job stories, thats what the thread is about!

anyway, if you think you are going to be let go, or simply dont want to work there anymore, dont be scared to start looking elsewhere. its really easy to do so without your current employer knowing. and i know its the biggest fear in teh world to start looking for a new place and perhaps be jobless. ive been there. plus you get comfortable at your current work, people, ofice, etc. and you feel like you could just deal with the stress. lemme tell you, just go, theres someplace bettAr. change is good y0

Honestly, I like my job - Recently I've been working too much, but normally, my job is pretty cool...but since the 15th of last month, the company has been laying off large numbers of people and I'm told it's probably going to get worse next year.
