Talking I just quit my job...

Cuz I work at Initech basically (Office Space). And it sux0rz. This company gives bad annual reviews on purpose so they dont have to give raises or promotions. No learning, No forward thinking, No innovation. If you improve a product, you get **** on because you made your boss look bad. If you have a new idea, you get yelled at because you arent fulfilling your 'goals'. If you are listening to an MP3 player, you arent busy enough.

I just hope this is an inspiration to those who hate their jobs too and know you are capable of more. Transcend your barriers of office politics!!!

i might have one lined up already. so its much easier to do this when you have a prospect, so i kinda cheated on the whole quitting in a blaze of glory thing.

I just quit my job that past Fri. (well put my two weeks in anyway). It's a great feeling isn't it? I'm at work right now, but since this next wed. is my last day here I ain't doin ****. What are they going to do, fire me? It's even nicer because I already have my next job lined up, but I get a week off in between. This is the least stressed I've been in years. Cheers to unemployment (however temporary)!

The real question is: did you file that TPS report before you left?

its an AWESOME feeling. no more feeling of this painful buzz that overcomes you when you know everyone in your office is a complete t00l and sellout.

LOL :rotfl:

thats so funny man cuz we have things like TPS reports for placing orders and requisitions. to order, say, a pen, you have to fill out like 9 pages of numbers, managers, pricing, company, etc in this software that we have. then get it approved, then that ONLY gives me permission to order. then i have to order the pen.
