I hate FTD with a passion.

Over 3 weeks ago I ordered roses and chocolates to be delivered to my wife at her work on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day came and went. No delivery. Following day goes by, no delivery. Call FTD and get disconnected several times by their automated system. Finally get through and get message indicating 1 hour hold time. So hung up and emailed customer support. They guarantee response to emails within 48 hours. Days go by. No response. Email again. No response. Call today. Message indicates 20 minute hold time. I've now been on hold 45 minutes and counting. I'm ready to strangle someone.

see and this is why i dont do valentines day, its stupid. if ya really love somebody then you should be like people are on v-day everyday of the year and show your true love. and if you aint in love then your just kissing *** and blowin money and making it for someone else. v-day= hallmark holiday(made up to make money). sorry to hear bout the flowers though huck, that sucks

huck: you should write a review on epinion or pricegrabber or somewhere that shows them as a vendor. Bad reviews = they'll try to do something about it if it stands out enough. I did it, it got me a 512mb CF in the process.
