I Hate Doctors...

seriously. what good do they do.

I'm sick. I know what I have. I know how to fix it. They charge your insurance company hundreds of dollars to write you a prescription and then you pay your copay and your med bill.

I'm sick or in pain and I don't know what's wrong. I go in. They run a bunch of tests and torture me for weeks and tell me they don't know what's wrong either. Charge the insurance company then the insurance company doesn't want to pay because there was nothing wrong so you have to stress out and fight them or pay thousands of dollars.

I am in pain and my foot is ****ed up and I can't walk. Doctor says it'll go away its blah blah do this. I do it for 6 f'in weeks then go back. It's worse. Well it's this go see a specialist. I have to wait a month for that. He says the same **** she says and says we'll make you some orthodics that should help. I miss my damn apt. because my grandfather dies and now they want me to wait til new years to get my damn orthodics. Mean while it's just getting worse and it's putting my snowboard season at risk.

meanwhile not one person has done an xray or an mri to make sure that I don't have a break or a massive tear and it's 6 month later now and I still can't ****ing walk.

**** doctors.

I would think the first thing they would do after a physical examination of your foot is to get x-rays.

what hospital are you going to?

sutter.

my wife even works with the specialist I'm seeing and the doctor that had the original diagnosis.

She's an MA right now but will be a nurse.

I don't do doctors as it is. These last two rounds with my abdomen and my foot just reinforced that they do no good for me.

hell even my knee surgery didn't do what it was suppose to. My knee hurts all the time. It pops. It clicks. And my nerves are flipped around my knee cap so I feel stuff on the wrong side. And that was suppose to be one of the best knee surgeons around down in Monterey. Cost a fortune.

Ray r u sure you're not just getting old? I'll tell you man over the last year I've had more pains and more problems. I think it has to do with age, lifestyle, and overall concern for my health (which has been little). All the crap with my back I've had to deal with has seriously made me think about snowboarding. I missed quite a few days last year because of it. When I did go I toned it down. Getting old sucks bro'.

This foot deal is a biproduct of getting old, being overweight and having really really high arches and a previously injured foot. But its something they could have done something about 6 months ago. Not make me wait until 12/31 when I probably will be out of town anyways.

Megan is gonna try to squeeze me in but who knows.

Well remember that cyst I had. I took almost three years to finally get the surgery to have it removed. To hell with Kaiser. Since I switched providers I've had much better service.

There's no fixing the back. It's a life long problem.

Dude that sucks. We have Sutter up here in Tracy and the one time I had to take Dawn in I wasn't impressed. I was happy with United Healthcare. So far Health Net has proven to be a PITA. But I don't have to pay for myself and I only pay $60 some a month for Dawn so whatever.
