goes to show you how they treat any car that is on their lot....whether its brand new for sale, or a cust.'s for service.....

i agree with the others. this thread represents the very few who had a decent/good experience with stevens creek. while things might have changed for the better, i see this post as a statistical outlier. one (or two or ten) good reviews, while they are appreciated by the community for the feedback aspect, will not convince us to take our cars there.

Silky, you didn't mention what work they actually did to your car (other than the ebrake adjustment).
I mean if you blew your tranny and got it all back ok, that is one thing.
But if you scratched your console face dong a home stereo install and they replaced it for you successfully, that is just normal work.
So what did they fix correctly? For the first time in history. Ever. You sure you didn't overpay?
