I got in an accident today!!!
I was in an accident today in the mean streets of Oakland, MLK Jr Way.. The other car made a u-turn in the middle of the street without yielding.. We called the cops and it took at least 45 minutes for them to get there.. I was pretty darn scared since there were about 10 people that were siding with them in their corner..
When the cops arrived, they asked me questions about what had happened.. He then told me not to worry and it's 100% their fault since it was a double yellow line and they did not yield.. And also becareful in this neighborhood, it's scandalis around here.. Then the other cop came over and asked me if my mirrors were aftermarket.. He said he loves these cars, he's got a '03 himself.. Then he starts talking about how white looks good with my tinted windows.. Other cop came into the conversation and said that his friend has a STI and those things are fast.. He just picked up a A4 himself.. Then they said I could go and that everything will be ok..
Anyone has any suggestions to which body shop I should go to?

Simpson, good to hear you're okay and things turned out alright. What were you doing in Oakland anyway?! 
As for bodyshops, I recommend Sunny Auto Body in S.F. (kinda far for you though huh?) or Creative Kustoms in San Jose. Good luck!

You can't tell in the pictures, but my right headlight is cracked and fender is bent.. I have to take some pictures tomorrow to show more of the damage..
