looks like a severe ankle sprain. happened to me like 4 years ago. expect to be in cruches for 2 weeks. :/ sucks

Pretty decent read on ligament damage to the ankle. Definitely learned more on the scar tissues and stuff. From the looks of it, you definitely ruptured some ligaments and have some internal bleeding. From all these threads, you're either very lucky (being alive after so many accidents) or very cursed.
