That would probably be good, so we can direct them into the lot as they are pulling in, and no one will be confused as to what we are doing, and just park anywhere.

i am so antsy..
Also I will throw in my power converter which goes from 12 v to 120 v so anyone with a laptop etc can plug in. It is 400 WATT so it should be able to handle at least two things no problem...
I am tired since I am not sleeping well at night.. LOL Man I getta calm down..
BTW Ed I want your printer..

edit: So is anyone gonna come out to D&B early with me to help layout our parking, and direct people where to park as they come in? I figure we'll need 5-7 people that will be able to be dedicated to directing parking.
So far, I'll be there at around 8:30 with my 2 radios set to Ch. 5-5

cool, I dunno if I'll need it though, I just got a pimp little honda generator that I'll be using. But bring them along anyways to cover the "just incase" factor.

I wont be taking any individual pics at D&B, after the D&B pics are taken however, I will be heading up the mountain a little ahead of everyone else, so I can help my dad setup the tent, printer, and laptop. Once we get to the park, I will have an order form for those that want individual pics taken, just fill one out, and when its your turn we'll take the pictures and will then have them printed so you can take them home with you. The pics wont be framed, because the ink takes about 24 hours to completely dry, so framing them is up to you.
That said, make sure your Suby is washed up and all perty for the meet, and we'll get some great pictures.

I'll be working on the day of the drive, yeah I know... SUCKS! But my office isn't that far from the Great Mall. I was wondering if it would be OK for me to drop by and join the photo shoot. If there isn't a whole lot of other GREEN cars out, I don't mind sitting out of the picture. I was meaning to drop by and check out the crowd anyways.

Yeah I am still in for the "Parking Lot Team" We just need to cone off areas on where the colors go if we are doing that.
