ok, well, the official meeting time is 10:30am...and I want to get there early enough so I can walk around and find the best spots to photograph from, I will take a bunch of pics from different angles, and to map out where the cars will be parking ahead of time.....and someone should bring one of those electronic horns that you talk into, cuz when everyone is there, it will be hard to get everyones attention. I will try to be there around 8:30. In anycase, we are probably gonna need 5-7 people for a dedicated parking crew....I figure one person for each color group.
Oh, and Marc....can you just turn the cars 90deg but leave the layout the same? I think that would look much better from a photographic point of view.
Then we'll print out the diagram for each of us and use it as a map to park everyone as they come in.....

To make things easier- you guys should get 2 way radio's or something that way someone on the garae can direct traffic as needed.

I've been doing some thinking, and have decided, that I will be bringing a hi-res photo printer as well, and will be offering enlargements of these pics for sale.
Tentatively, I will be setting up a small easy-up/booth and will also be offering individual portraits for those interested in getting a professional shot taken of them and/or their car.
Enlargements will be priced as follows:
2 - 5"x7" bordered or borderless prints - $20
2 - 5"x8" bordered or borderless prints - $20
1 - 8"x10" Bordered or borderless print - $20
1 - 13"x19" Borderless only - $50
And dont worry, I am not using some crappy printer for these prints.....it is a Canon i9900 hi-res photo printer, with 8 color cartridges to give the most realistic color reproduction possible at 4800 x 2400 dpi. And Prints will be available at the event.
