Talking Humm Baby...Let's Go Giants!!!

There's threads for every other team in the bay so I thought it was about damn time we had a Giants thread. I'm 31 and this is by far the best pitching staff we've had in my lifetime. Here's to an awesome 2010!!!

Go GIANTS!

Man I really hope Zito can keep this up 5-0 and he's lookin strong, like damon said in the post game tho i keep thinking when its his day in the rotation that he's going to come out and throw like old zito (old giants zito not old A's zito)

Woooo a Giants thread! Im digging this rotation but the bullpen took 2 wins from Lincecum would've been 6-0! Cain needs those runs and Sanchez is filthy when he is consistent. Zito FTW this is the best ive ever seen him pitch. And well Wellemeyer had one good start but here's to the Giants hope they make it to the playoffs!!

giants pitchers need to stop pitching in the all star games...

i feel that atlee's downfall came during that game.

Now if we could just get some bats...
Of course Pablo Sandoval is pretty much the most fun guy to watch in history. I remember him playing Single A ball in San Jose a couple of years ago

I was talking more about recent history, like how we had the Cards, Phils and Rockies up against it and could not close a single one of them out. Not to mention Houston without Lance Berkman is like sweeping a AAA team.

look again at that line up, 5/8 batters are > .300 and uribe + huff were at .280 yesterday. plus we get freddy sanchez back soon who's a .300 hitter too.

problem is hitting w/ runners in scoring position. this strong start is no fluke, giants are a very solid team, and have a pretty good shot at a serious playoff run.

Werd!

Hopefully they'll stop hitting into so many double plays too. That'd help the run production more than anything.
