Oh, by the way, you should know that I did horrible and unmentionable things to that turbo before we put it in the car....

That is some serious damage dude!! Time to talk to some body shops and go to your insurance me thinks. You will need to have the frame looked at on this one it looks like. Not real bad, but it goes to show why bumper beams are so valuable.

With luck most of that is bolt on, or a simple replacement...but some of those parts are more than that it looks like.

It also looks like you are lucky the airbags did not deploy...the damage is REALLY close to the sensors.

I will post up pics of the "Franken-bumper" tomorrow. I had my own ice incident, but it can be blamed on my summer tires. I should have swapped em out, but I was too cheap. Now it is $600 for the bumper, painting, and replacing the fender liners.

Here's a good site to help you assess your own damage:

http://opposedforces.com/parts/

From a basic assessment from the three pics:

R fender
L fender
F bumper
F bumper beam
F absorber
Radiator support
Hood latch support
Lower Radiator support
Condenser
Headlights?
Side marker lights
Hood?

OUCH mang, so sorry. Why did my tires do so well in the ice and snow? Guess I am lucky and I had my center diff in lock. Good luck with getting it back together.

My idea would be to do an '05 or '06 front conversion while your at it, won't cost anymore I would think, unless you love the bugeye. I love the '05 myself, but I am biased.
