I know it kind of far for most of you guys, but I have seen some of you out at some bay area meets. So I was going to let you guys up north know that we are planing a drive around lake berryessa. check out the thread for more details.

Well I found Jason's problem with his EVO 9. I think I am some sort of mechanic now. Cylinder 1 was low on pressure and upon leak down it points to a 27% leak by he exhaust valve or valves on cylinder 1. Pulling the head tonight and tomorrow and we will get it to a machine shop for testing. Hopefully it's just one seal. Here's to hoping !

Also if you read this Dylan all your rocker cover bolts were finger tight and no where near the 31lbs that it calls for. So this was your problem all along. Well at least we got it figured.

Yeah word is now my car broke. ******* evo hanging out at my house broke my car. I was showing Nick with the '03 JDM STi swap how my car pulls yesterday on Elk River. I got to 1.6 bar (not out of the norm) in 5th. Remember I have 3.5 gallons of 104 mixed with my 91 for knock protection. All the sudden fuel cut like overboost. After that is was like I was on wastegate boost only. I could hit 1.5 bar, but @ 7k, boost only builds past 5k and slowly. 3200 rpm where is used to start boosting it sits @ 0, just out of vacuum and hangs there until about 5k.

Think it is the damn APEXi 3 port solenoid, AGAIN! I swear if I have to buy another $180 solenoid I am SO done with APEXi and I will move to the GReddy unit. Well I am going to barrow Jason's APEXi solenoid since his car is here and down to see of that was the issue (I am almost positive since we took the bumper off and redid the ENTIRE IC setup).
