Green cards are different than citizenship.

Although I have heard of instances when the paperwork for citizenship was fast-tracked and flawless, it's a notoriously painstaking process for most people applying.

Here's the thing... because Huck has a felony on his record the US. Immigration Dept can revoke his green card status thus making him an instant illegal. Makes no difference if he's legally carried the green card since the incident. They are notorious for being ****** around the world, especially after 9/11.

Huck, if you really need the funds for this you may look into selling your car, man. Seriously. But I'm not sure how financially sound you are.

I already thought of that but, unfortunately, I still owe what it is worth. Damn you 5 year loans!!!

Money is being raised for me if I need it. I've been blown away by what the toy and design community is doing for me.

When are where can I buy the T-shirts?
I don't know you personally, but I have been a fan of your work ever since I was exposed.

I do not want to see you go.

I love how ****ed up this country can be at times. **** George Bush and his band of bastards.
This is my favorite shirt that I never get to wear to work:

So yeah, post up where I can get these shirts, I will take one of each, or 2 of the Skull head shirts.

sorry to hear about whats going on. i really hope that things work out for you.

recently a buddy of mine that worked with me at our mortgage company was deported back to australia. he was convicted of a drug crime (prison time) 12 years ago but has been on the straight and narrow ever since. he wanted to move up and start selling loans like us so he he applied for his DRE licence and when they did a background check on him they found out he was a convicted felon. the same kind of thing happened but he never left the country on a trip or anything. he was called in by some agency and basically told he had to leave because he was not a citizen. kind of worked out for him b/c he took all his money he had earned and not paid taxes on and opened a mortgage company in australia where the whole industry is developing.

What I don't understand, is that what would have happened if you were infact a US Citizen and gave up your British citizenship? Would they still kick you out and make you a citizen of no-where?

Once you become a fully naturalized citizen, the INS has no more power over you than they do other natural-born citizens.

yes, please post a link to where we can purchase tee shirts to help you.

your situation is horrible, and is a constant reminder of how things have changed.

WOW, this just sucks. I'd like to support with a buying a t-shirt at the least and perhaps any kind of petition I can put my name on as well?

I wish you the best Huck.
