Huck,

Just want to reiterate that you shouldn't keep this on the internet until after all of the legal stuff is completed. You're really putting yourself out there and it could harm your case.

What you SHOULD DO is contact your local elected officials such as your state legislators and congressional delegates. They each have office staffs that are bound to do some footwork on your behalf. Since we're getting close to election years this would be a good thing for them to throw their hats into especially if you live in an immigrant rich area like CA.

^^^I know that they will do said footwork because I WAS a staffperson such as the ones I just mentioned.

Huck,

What did the lawyers say if you married your fiancee?

Nevermind, I got the answer from my wife. That can actually end up even worse so she says. She also agrees about taking this off the net and definitely getting a really good lawyer.

Damn that sucks, meanwhile Robert Downey Jr is doing coke off the hood of the cop car and getting a slap on the wrist.

Have you looked into getting an expungement for your record? It might be to late, but somethingto ask a lawyer.

Thank you everyone for the support. I have been inundated with emails, IM's and phone calls. Fundraisers, t-shirts, etc have been initiated by several companies/associates. And after numerous suggestions, I will be taking down the post to be replaced with an editted version. At least until I confer with a lawyer.
