This article says they are expecting offers of between $10 and $25 million. That would be a great price considering that they spent $40 million on improvements.

So if we get 10 people to kick in a million dollars or 100 people to kick in $100,000, or 1000 people to kick in $1000 then we could pull this off. We could then lease part of it to local farmers to cover the property taxes. Of course the 8 hour drive from the Bay Area would kind of suck...
