Self righteous entitlement ****.

Dude needs to get some blinds and drapes, end of story. Not sure what this **** about parking in front of a window is about. You aren't leaving the car on for hours at a time, you turn it on and leave or turn it off when you get there and go inside your house.

I'd continue with the legality of parking where you need to park, in a public spot. If the owner continues to be an asshat, continue the reporting.... ****, you can even be an ******* and say you see suspicious activity in the household, like guns and drugs.

He doesn't want OTHER people parking in front of his window, but it is OK for HIM to park there just to prevent others from parking there? d1ck move. Dude is a tweaker.

That car under the cover might have an "accident".

I'd at least call it in for sure, but IIRC they will first leave a note before coming back to tow it. Happened to a friend of mine who had a bunch of cars that he was building parked in front of his own house (SJ though). Seriously though, this is just going to keep getting dumber and dumber.

Example... my trash cans. I left them out a couple days last month. Neighbor across the street comes over when he sees me pull up. Very nicely says... hey just to let you know... there's a 24 hour policy. If they see those on the street you can get a fine. So guess what... I do my best to have them in within 24 hours. Both as a courtesy to my neighbor who found a polite way to tell me to move my **** and so I don't get fined. I looked it up. He's right.

Then last week my mail man left me a note and a chart. Said don't leave them in front of the mail box. But guess what... he still delivered my mail. He didn't have to. So on Wed when I put them out I'll put them on the other side of my drive way and I'll pull them in thursday when I get home.

That is what rational people do. I live there. I don't want pissed off neighbors or a pissed off mailman.

So....

In regards to the car. You have record of what's been going on and it's clear why it's there. Take a photo every day for a week if you have to.... take 2. One in the AM and one in the PM.

Report it. Say it's new there and it's questionable and might be broke down.

In regards to the cans. All you have to do is call the trash company whoever it is and they'll take care of it. Blocking spots with the cans is illegal and B.S.

Hell... I'd quite honestly push them out of the way and park there. Right in front of his car.

If he's this freaked about people parking there he's doing something shady.

Yeah. They don't have to but they do because it's a PITA to deal with towing for them. Time and paperwork and what not.

More than likely he won't move it. Report it again.

Sorry got slammed with a lot of work this past week and this issue has been the least of my worries. Talked to my gf on Monday before calling & we decided to compromise on when to call. Gonna wait till he puts one more note or if he ends up forcing her to park far away due to blocking the spot.

For some reason the parking hasn't really been too bad this past week and she hasn't needed to park near his place.

Anyways his car is still there atm. The car cover has almost blown completely off his car due to high winds during the rain, strange he hasn't fixed it though. Turns out it has expired 2013 tags and a deployed driver side airbag hahaha. He also has a large red sticker on the driver side window stating "DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED", whatever that means. Lastly, the car is a pos Oldsmobile Alero. I'll try to get a pic soon.

So for the time being we're not gonna call it in since there hasn't been an issue the past week. Will keep you guys updated though!
