So like I said originally, call FPD, dash am, etc's or park over on Salt Lake. As for a meet IIRC aren't quiet hours 9 or 10pm over here??

Talk to the other neighbors and see if they have gotten similar notes as evidence.

Overbear, IIRC the guy who lived down from me that had that blue K-5 Blazer still lives there. I might have to revisit just to chat w/ him.

This guy is either running an Asian girl sex trade, pedophile or running/growing drugs from his house...this **** is wayyy too paranoid about what can or cannot be seen inside that room or house.

Yea we'll be calling FPD again today or tomorrow and give them an update. Have to see about a dash cam at some point soon too. Prob not gonna have her park on Salt Lake, lil too far away to walk at night. Gonna have a driveway spot for her this wknd if she needs it since one roomate left for the wknd. Quiet hours are after 10 over here I believe.

Talking to other neighbors is not a bad idea.

Fremont PD is actually really strict about this. I've seen neighbors complain about people parking their cars on the streets for a couple of days and Fremont PD comes out and gives them a warning then tows them.

Most are. My neighbor in San Carlos would call the PD like clockwork every 3 days to have them come by and stick one of those awesome bright orange stickers on my window when my car was parked literally directly right in front of my house. Not sure who was worse, the jerk, or the cops that kept doing that. I mean, they could check the plate and it would show the address on the door ~40 feet away.

Go SCPD. Or, RIP SCPD I guess is more accurate.

Anyway.. Best of luck with this. Hopefully it just goes away like that car will, since the cover is blocking the plate and it's on the street, it's not going to stay like that.. Have to assume the cover is tucked so hard underneath that it's a vain attempt to cover the plate.. Which prolly means not registered.. So it won't be there long.

Side point, what's the city's laws about leaving your trash cans on the street 3 days in a row?

What if those trash cans were to get moved, permanently?

The only time I ever call first alarm is when people store their extra vehicle in the 24 hour limit visitors spot.
One is a motorcycle who could easily store his bike under the car port in front of his car under the carport storage......
Been thinking about motorcycle tipping but im a firm believer in karma.
My girlfriend and I finally got the bmw and motorcycle to move their vehicles after 15 emails with management and first alarm.
Sometimes I get my revenge and park in the visitors all weekend tho lol.

Last resort is on the street. Which I never have problems with since most of my neighbors arent nosey and its free parking for 3 diff complexes.

All I have to say is, they are damn lucky its not ME they are screwing with.

OP, just box the car in they put the cover on, wait tell the spot behind it opens and park as close to the rear as you dare, then move the cans and park in front of it.

Or

You really want to play the game right? IM me, I can tell you ways to drive them up the wall. I had a neighbor that was parking his leaky RV in front of my house...he doesn't do that anymore (or even meet my eyes when he steps out of the house now LOL)

Not sure if this will help but it at least outlines how fremont PD handles it
