OT but....
i call chinese power, as in I've got:
- Bagged remote control
- a Sister still has the packing film on her 3-year old dishwasher
- used to have the plastic walkway on my stairways growing up
- family that used the plastic couch wrap, so your legs would stick to it as you got up in summertime.
- feel compelled to cover all touchscreen electronics with that clear film cover
- the original boxes for some of my home stereo stuff, so it's easy when I move
- the little pop-up dangly thing on my camcorder for 1.5 years describing some of the features, until brother-in-law ripped it off (bastard)
- the blue factory wrap still on my STI side sills
beat that.... :P
back on topic, oh hells yeah, you need to register a complaint against his a$$...

Seller was definitely misleading. Especially since the most important part of this item IS the back w/ the logo. As you pointed it, it's the only thing that makes it special, and it's in terrible shape. If paypal does not want to help, I find that credit card companies are better at handling these things. Pay pal couldn't get my money back when I got scammed, but my c/c company got the money back from pay pal. Did you do c/c or bank transfer?
