PS: And why do I care about some editorial shooter who makes less in a year then I made in a month??? ASMP, APA all have very clear 'copyright' guides ~ stupid posts. Period. You can sue anyone you want, for anything you want... this is America. But, it's all a waste of time if you don't know the law ~ all you do is waste the court's time and the taxpayer's money! Consider me 'un-suscribed' what an utter waste of time this thread is.

Wow! The only thing I can think of is all of us joining THEIR forum and crapping on it togther with 2 and 3 post histories.

Also want to say I dont see what the big deal is. If you really have a clue about cars like these ad a clue about driving you know how little you need to mess up to mess up big. Anyone who denies this or says it's never happened to them is either a ***** and shouldn't even bother owning one of these cars, or is lying.
But seriously who cares,
if you never get anywhere close to messing up in your sti, you shouldn't own it!
(this doesn't mean crowded public roads are the place to do it)

oh ya and so a few weeks ago i decided i'm going to start a club/group of subaru owners that are passionate about promoting safe driving. if you are interested i figured today was a good day to sit down and get it online, right now it's just a myspace group, but i'll get a geocities page done in a few days.
currently i'd just like to get groups together for dinner etc...and try to get some group drives together (maybe TSD if i can attend one before hand to see how to organize it) eventually i'd like to have real track days set up, or at least groups of us to go to NASA events etc.

All of us have experience writing TSD rallies, and the top two are especially well qualified. Unfortunately, there is very little interest (considering our 2007 rally season turnout) in the Bay Area for something like this.

I'm sure that your sitting a home in a crib with your computer, sucking on a rubber sponge bob toy while you play on photoshop. **** happens. The driver's took full responsbilty for there actions. They don't need people poking fun them also.

but I wouldn't say they weren't driving excessive, not that I don't and that the same **** couldn't happen to me........
but in terms of the law if you crashed you were driving at excessive speed faster than conditions allow.
If they really weren't speeding at all maybe they deserved to be flamed for crashing?
