Why not? DUI checkpoints are a violation of the 4th Amendmnt. There's no reason why anyone should consent to being randomly stopped on the street without probable cause.

"Reasonable Suspicion" is the bull**** criteria they use to pull you over. So in this situation, driving late is night gives them "Reasonable Suspicion" that you may be drunk.

Just like the Communists and *****, you are guilty until proven innocent. Good for this guy!!

"Probably Cause" is the bull**** criteria used to get in your car
