How much spent on your car?

Just wondering how much people in the BAIC have spent on modifying their cars. Mine is stock, but I know my girl has spent quite a bit on hers (as well as my money). I've seen some damn nice cars around here too.

around 7500 and it is putting down great numbers and has a sick suspension.
just need new brakes soon, and front sway bar and endlinks.

Hehe, Suzanne has spent a lot on hers, but thing is, we've had that since late 04, when they were still developing parts for the sti, and since suzanne is always on the cusp of the mods, we would buy something, and like 2 months later, they'd have an improved version. We had an ecutek, ap v1, and ap v2, and I'm sure when the v3 comes out, she'll have that too.

Thats not adding the many gaskets and oil changes I've done.

I LOVE these threads, it's where I get to remind myself how I stopped giving a crap.

initial vf30 setup: ~3000 all said and done
swap to 2.5 block, to cams and back: ~$6000
go to all various supporting mods, bigger turbo: ~$5000 (probably more... cause I did go through 3 sets of injectors and two different TGV deletes, and three turbos, and like 3 different turbobacks. This includes all other power mods like alky injection too)
New tranny and clutch (thus far): ~$3000
wheels and tires throughout the years (thus far): ~$3000
suspension goodies throughout the years: ~$3000

And then regular maintenance costs and a bunch of other misc crap. Like engine and tranny mounts - those actually cost some money
paying mechanics to fix crap that broke: prolly a few thousand

Jebus I'm coming up > $20k on modding alone.

And then 24,500 for the car OTD

Not sure what my exact number is, but about $4500. Coilovers, brakes, rear drum to disc, 2 sets of wheels, tires, misc.
