Well if the interior is clean and the exterior is damage free i'd say your car is pushing over $50,000 (parts + 7200miles car)on a bad day.
Will you get that much? hard to say...

worth for a used car is what people are willing to pay. 50k LOL
from my experience modded cars are a big money pits that don't have much on ROI. with being said, since the mileage is so low..... 25-28k. this is what I base it on, used 2002 WRX 17-18k (add 1000 for mileage) so 18-19k, parts (if you are lucky 50C/1$), labor is lost.
if I was in the market for a heavily modded car I would get this over the vishnu car that is on sale now.
Both are awesome but 7200 miles!

I would part it out then sell the car by itself.
with only 7200 Miles a bone stock WRX would get a lot of bites.
plus with all those parts you will be able to make a good $10K or more just by selling them off.

This type of car would appeal more to the JDM worshipper. Suspension-wise, it is a JDM dream, but power-wise it is only mildly upgraded from stock. CupertinoSteve's sedan looks almost stock but is pretty fast for bolt-on parts, on both the road course and drag strip. It's what I consider a good daily driver car, not a show piece nor a race car.
If your car is sold as is, you probably would not get anywhere near the money you put into the car. Most people I know would rather spend $32k on an STi and then mod it. Your best bet is to restore it to stock and sell the mods separately, like most other modded car owners do.
Good luck to you, however you decide to proceed.

what i meant by 50k is that's what it would probably go for on a appraisal of parts + car because that's what it's roughly worth.
Unfortuantely, in the used car market, modded cars like this can get a fraction over Blue Book price and that's about it.

I got more money parting out my WRX than I would have trying to sell it complete.
I honestly don't think you could get more than $22-25k (if your lucky). The average tradin value for the WRX is hovering around ~15k for your millage. The value of all that aftermarket stuff is very subjective.
good luck!

Jerry, Long time no see!!! So, I see you went crazy like me. LOL Well, you have more stuff...but I have gone through more stuff. hahahaha. I agree with the statement that you are arround the $50,000 mark. I am in the same boat...so to get most of your money back, part it out then sell the stock car for around $17K or so.
BUMP for you
