Car Info: 09 WRX E85 tuned
I had mine done in Vacaville at Vivid Optic Window tint and they will do all your windows at any % for $200. Personally,20% isn't that dark! I have 5% all the way around and it doesn't bother me unless I'm backing out from some where at night then I have to role my windows down.

it might not bother you, but it bothers the cops



I got pulled over last Sat for the 2nd time regaurding my front tint. Cop was giving me crap and i thought he was for sure going to write me up for it. Took a long time in his car making me wait. Came back and just gave me a warning.

True that! I have out of state plates so they don't mess with me. I wouldn't recomend anyone with Cali plates to go darker than 20%...

$300 for all windows with Lumar "Air Blue"....... The "Air Blue" looks almost clear with alittle blue tint to the windows with the same protection as 35% tint! Looks amazing.......

i paid 210 at Machiii for 5 windows using non metallic Madico tint. lil pricey but i didnt feel like waiting a month for Vince to do my tints at Omega Tintwerks. the lifetime warranty is a good thing since if any bubbles do pop up i'm taking it straight back.

*A couple days after they were installed*
i think its 30 on the back window and 40 on the four sides, paid $200. I've had them for about 5 years. Also I've never been hassled for tint.

I went to AutoMall Tint Specialist, Fremont. I have the 08 sti hatch. I did the 5 back windows for $200 flat. Life time warranty and they are LEGIT!!!

I paid 120 for 5 windows... 20%... And it is Sheeeet... It's starting to bubble... So I took my girls forester to a place in south sac called Southside Tinting and tunes... Paid 200... But they did a nice job... And lifetime warranty... I'm taking my Sti there soon to get it redone... So... You get what you pay for...
