How much did you guys pay used?

looking to get a used wrx in the bay area but the average price i've found is around 18 thousand give or take a thousand. Is this the regular price or am i looking at the wrong places? How much did you guys pay and from what dealer?

Thanks, this is my first post and this forum seems to be good. I used to own a gsr.

werd, my new 03 was 22k from carlsen

18k used vs 22k new

used - beat on?, higher interest rate

new - virgin suby, LOW interest rate

Car Info: always changing...
I got my first WRX used (2900 miles) for
$20500. This was in December of 2001 though, so they had only been out for 9 months or so... APR was 4.9%... not bad for the year.

I just got my second used WRX for $19500 last month. APR 4.9% again

The first one was a dealer the second was a private party

the $10k WRX on craig's list claims to have salvage title from a break-in ...definitely check out that VIN # if you're even looking at it.

$22k OTD for a new WRX? man, that's cheap!!! for those of us who bought it when it first came out, it was a very different story. for $22k new, why buy used?

also, steve was selling his vishnu WRX a few weeks back...too bad you're a little late to the game (it's sold) but that was a great deal!

a reason to buy used is because i'm still young and i imagine the insurance rates for a brand new one is sky high.

not really, the insurance difference between an 02 and 04 won't be that much. it's not like you're
comparing a new car vs a 10 yr old car...

If you're interested in a silver 02 Wagon, female driven, with low miles for definitely under 18, let me know.

It's in great shape.
