I have had numerous problems with them, the main thing is that they ordered the wrong part for me 3 times, and each one of those times I had to drive back to the dealership (about 20 minutes away, and I have to go to work daily...) each time...when they finally got it right, they screwed up my stereo stuff (yes, it is aftermarket, but still)...I also brought it in because the tranny didn't feel right, and didn't shift smooth, so I told them about it, and they said "it just needs to be broken in"...I have 5K on my car, I don't think I need to break it in any further...the problem is that I don't have the time to take it to another dealership, other wise I would...

Check the paperwork that came with the car. You know the new car stuff I'm referring to - tire info, Subaru towing service, etc. I'm pretty certain that somewhere in there, or possibly in a booklet, was contact information for customer dispute resolution with SOA.
(later..) I found it. It's a booklet with supplemental warranty information. The pages are all yellow-colored. It contains the phone number to SOA that someone has already given to you. It also gives details on what information to have handy when you place the call to SOA. You should try to find that booklet.

Hey man I had the same probelm with Green Valley Subaru!
I complained to SOA about 3 weeks ago. I got the number from the dealership , but I found out they had an email address. Try to find that address at MY.Subaru.com. let me know what they say to you !

Reading from a published SOA memo:
"Thank you for trying to call SOA by their 800 telephone number. Unfortunately this will not get you anywhere. Please slit your wrists and approach the Big White Throne. That's us. Thank you for contacting SOA."
