Idling like crap and black smoke sounds like a hose disconnected to me (pig rich from the IC disconnect).
Check the hosing that goes through the fender as your symtoms are exactly what happens when you throw a hose.

you did...."a hwy by my house and play with some boost. Nothing out of the norm.. i hit 21.5 psi on my FP green"
by playing I took that as changing.....misunderstanding. I know people that have done that
I'd definately follow mike's advice as he's usually right....especially since you said your fluids seem fine...which I missed.

working on it.. The turbo at this point is fine. It seems that the car is not running on all four cyl.
im guna look at it when i get home, either the spark plugs/cioil packs or.. maybe injectors?

Do you hear any knocking noises while the car is idling? If not, and you're absolutely sure all the hoses are fine, then its likely an ignition issue. Double check all of your coil packs and make sure they're seated well onto the spark plugs. Next I would pull the plugs and see if one looks obviously bad.
Good luck.
Good luck.

You could also check the grounds on the intake manifold although given your desciption of how this happened I would imagine still that it's a poor hose connection (what FMIC do you have?)

if it was ignition, I'd assume you'd be throwing some misfire or inefficiency codes by now...

is the block off clammed in or just forced into the hose?? if it's just forced in try squeezing where the block off is to see if the idle gets any better... also what rice... i mean blow off valve do you have, maybe it borked completely? Thirdly get rid of your blow off valve... I still think it's a hose like everyone else is saying if the idle is bouncing up and down and all around the RPM band, the it's probably a hose
