Haha, that's how it is sometimes with photography. Especially if you want that one gorgeous money shot of some incredible scenery.

I would like to know where I can buy that soy sauce! Sometimes I buy fresh flat rice noodles in a package and I would like to have that stuff handy in my kitchen, you know? Haha.

Anyone know of a good place in the SF area to get ja jer mein? So far the places I've been to out here have sucked. Pretty pathetic 7 years of trying different places out to be disappointed time and again.

Ja Jer Mein, mMm. Haven't had some good Chinese Ja Jer Mein in a while. My gf's mom makes it, but they cook it Korean style and the sauce isn't as tasty. It's okay, but not as good as Chinese.

I want some Chow Mi Fun right now...

What's Ja Jer Mein? I'm trying to pronounce it in my head for the last 5 min and I can't think of what it is. Is that the mandarin pronunciation?

^It's like Chinese spaghetti noodles with a sweet black bean sauce served over it. There's some ground meat and onions in the sauce too.

You probably had it before. If not, go try it!

This is what it looks like in ramen form:

Just had some Ja Lerng today. That sweet soy sauce really made it good.
