I like the way the STi hatch looks with it's wide fenders... The new WRX totally lacks the appeal of the new STi... I dunno, the new WRX just hasn't grown on me yet (no offense to anyone). If the new STi didn't have the fenders, I would totally dismiss it as a future purchase.

$33.7k seems reasonable considering the BBS wheels and upgraded suspension. An STi with bbs/fog light package starts at $38k. I could live without HIDs/10 speaker system/and fog lights....(well I would like fog lights but the others, don't care too much).
