location is middle of both cities.
traffic? bay bridge can handle it. you also have ferries that can shuttle people.
what's going on in the TI anyways these days???
only issue i see now is the single lanes to get into it. but since they are building the new section of the bay bridge anyways, just add a couple sections... lol...

Honestly - we have enough fiscal problems without buying a stadium for either team.
The 49ers can play in PacBell whenever they feel like ponying up the money to do so.

omg, if you guys ever tried getting on or off treasure island during their music festival, or even being unfortunate enough to have cross the bridge that weekend, you def wouldnt want something as big as a football stadium built there

San Jose and the immediate region is filled with loyal fans of all the SF and Oakland teams. They would have no problem selling tickets down here. Even the A's could muster a good crowd if they had a stadium down here. The continuous full crowds at every single Sharks game is full of people eager to watch any major sports team.

I couldn't imagine the amount of traffic it would cause...each off/onramp is one lane and (even if it there were no lights or stop signs) think about that many people trying to exit/enter the bay bridge traffic...
They'd have to build more bridges to handle that amount of people
