That is pretty sick indeed. The guy said he paid 1200 Euro's, so around $1500 for the whole car. Hmm, I assume it would cost more in the U.S.

Yeah for 1500 bucks thatd definitely be interesting. When I read about the vinyl type deal here in the US, I recall it being like 6 large or more........

Krinkov could comment more correctly about whether or not that is realistic since he has experience doing very similar things, but I doubt it would cost $6k unless there was massive amounts of prep work.

Someone compared the price to re-spraying a car and I have to say it's not directly comparable. There is a lot more work involved in spraying a car.

Anyway, they used this idea in Johnny Dangerously (circa 1984)
They also did something similar in The Jackal with Bruce Willis.

Though that 3m wrap is def not the most ideal film to use, its not as durable or have as nice a finish as most of the better quality automotive grade colored vinyls like those made by Oracal. Heres Robs Z we completely wrapped from its original oxidized silver to championship white with black hood

Yeah $1500 +/- would be reasonable to do a full wrap on most cars. anybody want to give it a shot?
