Help Wanted - Stevens Creek Subaru
Hello everyone,
First I'd like to introduce myself as the new parts manager here at Stevens Creek Subaru. Not only am I new, but the GM and Service manager are new also. We're looking forward to making Stevens Creek Subaru a better place.
I'm currently looking for a new parts department employee to do front and back counter sales with an emphasis on front counter/retail sales. Experience preferred, but not necessary. We offer competitive wages and a good working environment. Must be enthusiastic, good with people and have a desire to learn and excel. I'd like it if you had general automotive knowledge, but again... the right person can be trained.
I'd really prefer to hire someone from the i-Club community for many reasons, but if you know friends/family that would be interested I invite them to apply as well.
Please PM me e-mail me or call my office (just ask for Ryan when you call) - 408 984 1006.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Ryan

p.s. I know the past issues with Stevens Creek and my intent here is not to rehash those issues or start a 'bash SC Subaru' thread but to offer an employment opportunity to the community. I appreciate your respect in the matter.

Thanks everyone. So far so good. I really like it here and it's a very good opportunity to make a very positive change.
We are definetly looking for a long-term employee, yes.
Luke? I must confess that I don't know who that is.
Pay... you know I can't talk about that here. Heh.

I know you have. I'll tell you why I think I'm different - not only do I have dealership experience (10+ yrs at all levels) I also have a lot of experience with Subaru and have been active in and around the Subaru community for a very long time (think Imprezer's Lair days). Originally from SoCal but have done business nation wide. If you know who Ben Jennings is I had a large hand in putting his car together (just an example of a local member). I obviously have to look at all aspects of the business, but I am 100% dedicated to this community and it's members. If there is ANY problem from here on out I want the chance to fix it.
The GM and Service Manager are both also new and completely dedicated. Both have prior Subaru experience.
