Accidental leak ftw. I would have said car cover + traps underneath... like mouse traps, but I'm cruel like that.

Yea, just capture and have the animal dudes pick 'em up.

You can cover the front end with tin foil ("The cats hate the foil.") It'd be a pain in the *** to do, but the upside is that your truck will look ****ing awesome. The other thing is something that sprays the cats when they jump up, but then again, the cat will be startled and try to dig into the paint.

My tip, get a real dog I mean, how is Gorddie doing?

After all this bullsh*t, I'm not even going to post up the right (and humane) way to get rid of the cats.
Sounds like all of you are hell bent on joining Michael Vicks' fan club. Here's your link to do so.

Luckily I know Rach is an animal lover and wouldn't do something like that. Hopefully someone already said it, but just get a car cover Rach.

Ever think that maybe "god" is try to tell you something with that truck though?

Here is the sprinkler I suggested:
http://www.amazon.com/Havahart-5265-...6098139&sr=8-2

And an alternative:
http://www.amazon.com/Contech-CatSto...6098139&sr=8-3

I would go for the sprinkler because you can use it later for pranks on your friends.

I know your pain. I have the same problem! I think I've tried most of the suggested through the years except the heater. They still keep coming back. So, I have settled for just having fun with out kill'em. Airsoft.

I like the heater idea. Set a heating pad or blanket out. Just make sure you plug it in to a GFI plug. Then have a BYOB and Airsoft party. AEG's only. No gas, that way there's no noise.

I can't believe no one has though about the obvious suggestion...

Build a bigger garage... duh.

Well maybe not build it bigger, but I am sure you can dig into the floor about a foot or so and make the truck fit.

I know one of my friends used to trap the cats and then take them into the middle of nowhere and release them. Just and idea... lol

my mom hates cats, they poop in her garden and there's a LOTTTT of strays around my area, so for a while my dad and i caught them and brought them to the local chinese restaurant, now we get to eat there free of charge!

im just kidding

but we set a trap and brought them one by one to the san jose animal care and services place.

However have you ever seen what antifreeze does to an animal? the pain they go thru, the terror, and in the end they die in convulsions, slow, in pain.

Sorry but I don't find that funny at all, even as a joke.

More helpful than all these other posts which advise the OP to maim, torture, and otherwise be very cruel to the cats.

Suggesting ammonia water, anti-freeze and other poisons which will slowly and painfully kill an animal who's simply trying to get a bit of warmth...

...suggesting shooting it - firing off a gun in a residential area - sounds like a good way to go to jail. Not everyone is a sniper capable of hitting the precise spot they're aiming for, so if they miss, what then?

So far, the only humane treatment comes from someone suggesting a motion-sensing sprinkler...but I'm pretty certain the water spots on the truck are going to screw up the paint just about as much as the cats.

He's never put a scratch in the paint. He walks on his paw pads, and leaves pawprints on the car, the windshield, etc. but no claws in the paint.

He is not amewsed by this thread.
