he got off easy because under an ounce is misdemeanor anyways in ca...if you drive with it, keep it in the trunk and dont smoke if you got any in the car...its worth the little drive to the place to get high to just leave it in the trunk....

oh and just go to court or class or whatever it is, and since its only a misdemeanor itll be off your record if you do the right things
