Found this off of Zilvia forums, confirmed with SD:

Gamestop is offering the following games for $19.99 from tomorrow to 8/2/09 I believe:

360:
Street Fighter IV
F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin

I don't see any of those games listed as discounted other than SF4 on the website.

Says SF4 discount is good for online purchase only

sorry cant really surf the web on my ps3's ****ty browser right now but if u look on slick deals they hav it if u serch"gamestop"

went to gamestop today and the guy told me the games u listed were indeed at a discount

Yessir. Just picked up my copy of FEAR 2, they'll still be marked reg. price but just bring it to the counter and it will be 20 bucks.

Just got totally sideways today as well- note to self, don't try to beat an unprotected left turn by downshifting to 2nd in your powerband
