or
removing the haze/foggyness?
if its the latter then:
http://www.detailaddict.com/default/...2d97dc9310d466
They offer headlight restoration for $25.

I remember seeing a headlight baking meet awhile back... dunno how it turned out but maybe start a thread and hopefully someone adept at that kind of stuff responds and can help everyone that wants to do it.
Otherwise:
http://lightwerkz.net/
I recently did an s2k retrofit into my headlights on top of painting/clearing and the work was awesome... I was very pleased.
Only drawback w/ Caesar is that his shop is all the way out in NJ so... 8days ground to get there... worked on it for 2-3 days and another 8 days getting back here.
Plus there's like a 2 month waiting period.
OR: a local shop that I have not had any experience with is:
http://www.lightwurkz.com/
They essentially do the samething as Caesar. Just have no idea how their work is.
I'm more than certain that for a case of beer someone on here will be willing to help you out.

go diy.
Get some acetone.
Completely soak a clean (clean, clean) rag (not too rough, I use a cotton t shirt).
Using one pass, wipe the lens. Don't rub, swirl, make a return pass, etc.
Do this once, if it didn't clean off the oxides, use 240 grit sandpaper lightly making circular patterns, once that is evenly sanded, go over it all with crocus cloth (ultra fine emerycloth).
Repeat until its clean and clear.

lightwurkz? HAHAHA, way to be creative, guys.
Although I think Lightwerkz is very overpriced, they do a whole hell of a lot more than LightwUrkz. Lightwurkz looks like a tail/headlight tinting place.
