Have you ever seen this license plate?
Today I saw a CA license plate with two "p's" inside a triangle followed by 5 numbers. Has anyone ever seen a plate like this? What the hell is it?

Ive seen it before actually two different cars in the same week, but never before and never again. Ive yet to figure out what it is although as far as I can tell its not California specific.
