I don't think that's fixable man...
A rule of thumb when determining whether a car is totaled or not is to look at the roof... If the roof has damage (structural damage) usually the car is irreparable
I don't see how they could fix that without cutting off the roof and putting on a new one. They could make it look new by filling it in with bondo but it wouldn't change the fact that the structural integrity has been compromised.
My friend totaled his car by doing the same thing, only he had a 2002 Mini cooper (non S-model). He pulled into his garage with two bikes on his roof which obviously did some damage to the car... It didn't look so bad but they couldn't fix it and they totaled it. He ended up buying it back from the bank because they gave him a lot of money for his car (a lot more than it was worth), so he bought it back and drives it every day. The damage isn't SUPER noticeable (like yours) so it's still drivable and doesn't affect the way the car drives (not that he's noticed anyway).
You have a 2004 WRX, which means that it's a 6-7 year old car now, so whatever your car is worth, if the damage costs more than half of what your car is worth (at least thats how it is with my insurance) they will total it. If the damage isn't half the worth of your car, they will fix it. I can tell you right now that it will be EXPENSIVE to fix that.
Best of luck from a fellow biker and subie enthusiast!
