that's bs. they probably wanted to get rid of him to begin with and this is the perfect excuse to nail him (on top of other the other reasons).
Sexual harrassment is not 1 encounter. It is multiple encounters AFTER the harrasser has been asked to stop. He was probably already on his way out.
