So I was chilling at my dad's house in SF, in a small gated condo community (really small, like 7 houses in the court). Anyways, we were just hanging out and minding our own business, then I noticed a car across the street. A little white Geo Metro (ghetto looking) and some creepy looking guy inside. I didn't mind it at first, then 10 min pass and the same guy and car still outside directly across the street from the house and the guy is staring straight at our house.

WTH do we do? Do we go up and start some ish or do we call the police?

 

Call the police, they will send a unit out to drive by and scope out the area and make sure everything is ok.

I had a pair of female friends friends being "jacked at" by some perv in a Celica Supra on 19th a few years ago.
Like Zoeb said call the cops and shake him up a bit.

 

Is there any way to just run the plates on the car without the cops actually coming out?

The cops have made several trips out here because of disturbance. I'm sure they'd b!t(8 about coming out here again.
