5 feet away?! Ha! Def not safe and thats coming from experience... lol
When I was 18 or so I shot a dead tree from like 20 feet away with 12g buck shot and was literally sprayed by tree debris... Luckily I had safety glasses on cuz who knows if the tree debris would have gotten into my eye or not.

that just means it wasnt real...like when Vince Shamwow poors soda on the carpet.
They wouldve established more consumer trust with a shield around the shooter, but they chose the stupid route

safe?
not in the least bit...
1. bullet can ricochet back to the shooter. kinda like when a young kid is trying to shoot a BB gun at a glass bottle into the opening trying to blow it up. instead, the BB hit the rim of the glass bottle hitting the young kid right under his eye... dont ask...
2. bullet can go through the tire. hit the ground. ricochet and hitting someone in the car.
idiots, if you ask me. i havent seen the video, but from the brief description, i see nothing but trouble...

Yea I learned the hard way that 9mm will not penetrate a semi truck tire from point blank range. Dont ask it was done out of neccesity but the 5.56 took out all 4. The round could ricochet and especally not safe with a person in the truck....
